These half-scale dragons have been inspired by the wonderful 'friendly-cat' stage of my dragon puppet-making process. Before I add the rods and strings, the joints are mobile and loose, making a wonderful interactive handling experience. 
 
I've added a neck-wire, which allows the head to be posed, but this can be removed completely. Otherwise, the design is a perfect miniature of my dragon puppets, with complex articulating wings and legs. 
 
They are coloured in the style of the Wild Dog Rose, after seeing some on a beautiful countryside walk over Summer. One dragon is darker (SOLD) with green-tipped pink wings and copper eyes. The other is lighter, with yellow eyes, ringed with copper, plus white-tipped pink wings. They have metallic copper-to-gold horns and carefully hand-stitched wings. 
 
They have been carved from Maple hardwood, then airbrushed, oiled and buffed back, for beautiful tones of green and brown. 
 
Each one will come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
 
Please note- their teeth are sharp!
